Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and project teams.
• Architect scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure high‑quality code, performance optimization, and adherence to Salesforce development standards.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Guide teams on Salesforce security, data architecture, and platform governance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–12 years of total IT experience, including strong hands‑on experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
• Strong development experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools.
• Proven experience in leading Salesforce development teams or acting as a technical lead/solution architect on complex projects.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data migration strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, performance optimization, and governor limits.

Preferred Qualifications
