Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce experience.
• Senior Developer / Technical Lead-level expertise in Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Salesforce Integrations.
• Strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Experience Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, governor limits, and automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and external system integrations.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and technical design skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development activities across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
