Zlendo Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior / Lead Salesforce Developer to spearhead Salesforce initiatives and lead a team of developers, shaping technical architecture and delivering scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

You will be the go‑to expert for complex integrations, enterprise‑grade Apex, and external Community/Partner portals, with deep expertise in the Salesforce order of execution, asynchronous processing, and designing responsive UIs with LWC.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience with lead/mentorship.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior / Lead Salesforce Developer to spearhead our Salesforce initiatives. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, drive technical architecture, and be hands‑on in designing and delivering robust, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

You will act as the go‑to technical expert for complex integrations, enterprise‑grade Apex development, and external‑facing Partner/Customer Communities. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in the Salesforce order of execution, asynchronous processing, and crafting highly responsive UIs with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of developers. Enforce coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and guide the team on best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable deliverables.
• Core Salesforce Architecture & Development: Architect and build complex business logic using advanced Apex (Classes, Triggers, Controllers) and declarative automation (Flows), ensuring strict adherence to governor limits and bulkification patterns.
• System Integrations: Design, build, and maintain secure, high‑volume integrations between Salesforce and third‑party systems or middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) using REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and custom callouts.
• Experience Cloud (Communities) Development: Architect and build pixel‑perfect, highly customized Customer Communities and Partner Portals. Implement complex sharing models, Sharing Sets, and custom LWC for community pages.
• Asynchronous Processing & Optimization: Design scalable solutions for heavy data processing using Salesforces asynchronous framework (Batch Apex, Queueable, @future methods, and Schedulable Apex).
• Project Delivery & Collaboration: Partner with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and QAs to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints and manage technical delivery within Agile sprints.

Required Qualifications & Education

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of hands‑on professional experience in Salesforce development, with at least 1-2 years functioning in a Lead, Senior, or Mentorship capacity.

Core Skills & Technical Competencies

• Core SFDC & Order of Execution: Deep mastery of the Salesforce Order of Execution, transaction control, governor limits, and large data volume (LDV) management.
• Apex & Automation: Strong expertise in complex Apex Triggers, enterprise design patterns (Service/Domain layers), and advanced declarative automation using robust, bulk‑safe Flows.
• Asynchronous Salesforce: Proven hands‑on experience designing and troubleshooting Asynchronous Apex (Batch jobs, Queueable chains, Future methods, and Scheduled jobs) to optimize performance.
• Advanced Frontend (LWC): Extensive experience building complex, performant, and responsive custom UIs using Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
• Strong Integration Skills: Deep knowledge of bi‑directional API development (REST/SOAP), OAuth 2.0 flows, JSON/XML parsing, Platform Events, and API testing tools (Postman/SoapUI).
• Experience Cloud (Communities): Strong hands‑on experience configuring and customizing Experience Builder. Deep understanding of Partner Portals, customer community licenses, community page building, and portal‑specific security/sharing models.
• DevOps & Deployment: Solid experience with version control (Git), SFDX, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and sandbox environment management.
