Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud and Platform initiatives end-to-end.
• Develop and deploy programmatic solutions and integrate Salesforce with Web Services.
• Capture requirements and document design for client solutions.
• Configure Salesforce applications and manage deployments using the appropriate tools.
• Utilize tools like VS Code, Change Sets, and Force.com IDE for migrations.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery and quality output.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with clients on technical architecture and delivery timelines.

• 1. Hands-on LWC experience
• 2. Hands-on Apex experience
• 3. Hands-on Integration experience
• 4. Advance SOQL / Reports and Dashboards
• 5.Extensive experience Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Platform.
• 6.Expert in designing, developing, testing, and deploying programmatic solutions, and collaborating with clients to gather requirements, document solution design, configure the Salesforce application, and integrate Salesforce to different Web Services such as Amazon EC2, Google Drive, Xero Accounting and Custom APIs. Agentforce and AI related hands on experience
• 7.Knowledge of Platform events and all the Pull based event mechanism in Salesforce.
• 8.Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components, Lightning Components, Apex Classes/Triggers/Collections, Batch Apex, Scheduling Apex, Dynamic Apex, Visualforce Components, Wrapper Classes, Test Classes, Email Services, Custom Components, Web Services, Salesforce standard features, Metadata, API and Force.com sites.
• 9.Wellversed with different deployment methods like Inbound/Outbound Change Sets, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse deployment, Force.com IDE, managed/unmanaged packages, MVC architecture, API programming with Java, Data Loader tool & CLI interface.
• 10.A creative and analytical thinker with strong organizational & time management skills, and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
