Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise‑grade Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Integrations, and DevOps tools, along with the ability to architect scalable solutions and guide teams.
This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to deliver high‑quality Salesforce implementations using Agile methodologies.
Must‑Have Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Apex Classes, Triggers, Collections
- Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future)
- Wrapper Classes
- Test Classes
- Visualforce Pages & Components
- Salesforce Configurations (Workflows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Flows)
- Lightning Flows
- Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, third‑party integrations)
- Handling Large Data Volumes (LDV) and Big Objects
- Salesforce DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, and data access models
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Solution Designer & Architect for Salesforce implementations involving Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Migration.
- Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Customize existing Salesforce features to meet evolving business needs.
- Build and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems.
- Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and cross‑functional teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and compliance standards.
- Support deployments, releases, and post‑production issues.
