• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations; oversee AppExchange compatibility.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps; perform code reviews and ensure test coverage.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize governor limits.

• Lead Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migration initiatives.
• Define a detailed migration strategy for legacy components and ensure Lightning compatibility.
• Analyze existing Salesforce orgs and identify refactoring needs.
• Oversee the modernization of Visualforce pages, JavaScript buttons, and unsupported Classic features.
• Ensure AppExchange package and third‑party integration compatibility.
• Enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
