Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services seeks an experienced Salesforce technical lead to drive architecture, design, and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions in Pune. You will oversee GSI-grade implementations, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud applications.

Ideal candidates have strong Salesforce customization skills, LWC expertise, and hands-on Apex/Visualforce experience, plus experience with REST/SOAP integrations

Qualifications

• Must have software development experience and Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce customization, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Process Builder, and reports/dashboards.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and technical leadership.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise Cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud; SFDC objects, security, and sharing models.
• Experience in requirement elicitation, stakeholder management, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• ChatGPT/Prompt Engineering experience is a plus.
• Salesforce Architect certifications or Health Cloud/Einstein/GPT exposure is preferred.
