Job summary

Techila Global Services is seeking a Salesforce Tester in Pune District, India. The role involves analyzing business requirements and creating comprehensive test plans, executing various testing methods for Salesforce applications, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the quality of deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Salesforce testing, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of Agile methodologies. Knowledge of defect tracking tools and automation testing is a plus.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Create comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, approval processes, flows, reports, dashboards, and custom developments.
• Execute test cases and document test results.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-related recommendations.
• Support release testing and deployment validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with established QA processes and best practices.
• Prepare test summary reports and provide regular project status updates.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce testing.
• Good understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
• Experience in Manual Testing and Test Management.
• Expertise in Test Case Design and Execution.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Objects, Validation Rules, Workflows, Flows, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
• Knowledge of API and Integration Testing.
• Exposure to Automation Testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing.
• Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
