Job summary

Tudip Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in testing Salesforce applications. The candidate should excel in manual and automation testing, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and end-to-end validation of Salesforce implementations.

Experience in healthcare domain is preferred. Design, develop, and execute test plans, perform API testing with Postman, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in testing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in manual and automation testing, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and end-to-end validation of Salesforce implementations. Experience in the Healthcare domain is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate Salesforce customizations, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
• Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using Jira or similar defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand business requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support release validation and production deployments.
• Ensure overall product quality by implementing QA best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software QA with at least 3+ years of Salesforce testing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience in testing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex customizations, and Salesforce Flows.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing and automation testing.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing.
• Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience with SQL/SOQL for data validation.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
• Healthcare domain experience is preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator or QA-related Salesforce certification is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DX is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
