Position Summary

We are looking for an experiencedSalesforce Leadto manage and lead our Salesforce initiatives across the organization. The Salesforce Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and administration, along with the ability to guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives.
• Manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts, providing technical guidance and leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Create and maintain Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration with other enterprise systems.
• Conduct regular assessments of the Salesforce environment to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce environments.
• Oversee the development of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex triggers.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and capabilities, and implement relevant updates.
• Ensure Salesforce projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Perform data migrations, integrations, and custom development as required.
• Drive Salesforce governance and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including administration and development.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Lead or similar role, leading Salesforce implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and third-party tools.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, and Salesforce Architect (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
