Job summary

Relevantz Technology Services is seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer in Chennai to ensure quality of Salesforce applications. The role focuses on functional testing, regression testing, and API validation, with hands-on Salesforce experience.

You will analyze requirements, design test scenarios, execute end-to-end testing, and manage defects throughout the SDLC in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Salesforce QA testing across multiple modules.
• Strong ability to design and execute functional and regression tests.
• Expertise in API validation/REST testing and integration testing.
• Solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and sprint ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and develop comprehensive test scenarios and cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce apps.
• Validate customizations, workflows, and configurations within Salesforce.
• Execute API testing using Postman or comparable tools.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the SDLC.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide testing estimates.
• Prepare execution reports and communicate testing status to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and API Validation, with hands-on experience in Salesforce-based implementations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing for Salesforce applications.
• Validate Salesforce customizations, workflows, process automation, and configurations.
• Execute API testing and validation using tools such as Postman or similar platforms.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide testing estimates.
• Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.
