Job summary

Persistent Systems in Pune is seeking a Salesforce QA Lead to drive end-to-end testing for Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agentforce projects. You will own test strategy, planning, defect management, and production validation across Agile programs.

You will mentor a team of testers, coordinate with stakeholders and developers, and ensure timely test execution milestones while maintaining quality across complex Salesforce deployments.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of testing experience with at least 3+ years in Salesforce testing.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and related business processes.
• Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT testing.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
• Nice to have: Agentforce testing, Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, Tosca, Salesforce Administrator certification, Healthcare or Life Sciences domain experience, and CI/CD exposure.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT testing.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
• Knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, Flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Strong defect lifecycle management experience with excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Nice to have: Agentforce testing, Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, Tosca, Salesforce Administrator certification, Healthcare or Life Sciences domain experience, and CI/CD exposure.
