Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, and validation rules.
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via middleware or APIs.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Perform code reviews and ensure Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Participate in deployments using CI/CD and Salesforce DX.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and Lightning technologies. Candidates with prior experience in the Healthcare domain will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and Flows.
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for third-party integrations.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using middleware or APIs.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
• Participate in deployment activities using CI/CD tools and Salesforce DX.
• Maintain technical documentation and support production releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.

• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and profiles.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Healthcare Cloud or healthcare-related Salesforce implementations.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, or healthcare integrations is an added advantage.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other integration platforms is a plus.
