Persistent is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant in Pune with 8–12 years of IT experience, including strong SFMC and HubSpot backgrounds. You will design and optimize enterprise-scale marketing automation, integrate systems, and mentor junior team members.

The role emphasizes delivering customer engagement improvements, analytics, and digital transformation outcomes within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• 3 years of HubSpot experience and strong integration skills.
• Experience with AMPscript, SSJS, SQL and Data Cloud exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Create data models, segmentation, journeys, and automation programs.
• Manage HubSpot Marketing Hub, CRM workflows, lead nurturing and reporting.
• Develop scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Python/Java services.
• Integrate SFMC and HubSpot with CRM/ERP/CDP/data lake and third-party apps.
• Support data governance, deduplication, data quality and analytics.
• Lead requirement workshops and mentor junior developers.

About Position:

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Python, and Java. The role will design, implement, integrate, and optimize enterprise-scale marketing automation solutions that improve customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, and digital transformation outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, and reporting capabilities.
• Create data models, segmentation strategies, customer journeys, personalization frameworks, and marketing automation programs.
• Design and manage HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM workflows, lead nurturing, lead scoring, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Develop scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, Python automation, and Java-based services.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot with CRM, ERP, CDP, Data Lake, and third-party applications.
• Support data governance, deduplication, data quality, campaign analytics, and customer engagement reporting.
• Lead requirement workshops, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and mentor junior developers and consultants.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of overall IT experience, including minimum 5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and 3 years of HubSpot experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketing Cloud Connect, AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, personalization, and Data Cloud exposure.
• Hands-on coding experience in Python and Java, preferably with Spring Boot, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and microservices.
• Knowledge of SQL, ETL/data integration, data warehousing concepts, CRM data management, marketing analytics, Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD tools, and Postman.
• Preferred certifications include Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Developer, Email Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Solutions Architect, or Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
