Persistent is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer in Hyderabad with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Web Studio, SQL, HTML, AMPscript, and SSJS.

You will develop, test, and deploy emails and journeys, configure Marketing Cloud Connect, collaborate with CRM teams, and support data workflows to enable personalized marketing across channels. A bachelor's degree in CS or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Send Salesforce reports and Salesforce campaigns directly from Marketing Cloud.
• Design and build multi-step customer journeys using Journey Builder.
• Create and manage data workflows using Automation Studio.
• Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud Connect between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with CRM teams to ensure clean, structured data flows for marketing use cases.
• Create Cloud Pages, landing pages, preference centers, and microsites.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Web Studio, SQL, HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS.
• Hands-on experience in campaign execution, personalization, and Salesforce CRM data usage.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM data model, Sales Cloud, Einstein features, Interaction Studio, and Personalization is preferred.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Developer, or Consultant certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
