Job summary

Persistent Systems in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience. You will develop and deploy emails, journeys, automations, and personalization features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, across Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Web Studio.

The role requires strong SQL, HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS skills, and knowledge of Salesforce CRM data usage.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with hands-on experience in Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Web Studio, SQL, HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS, campaign execution, and Marketing Cloud Connect.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, test, and deploy emails, journeys, automations, and personalization features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Work across Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Web Studio.
• Send Salesforce reports and Salesforce campaigns directly from Marketing Cloud.
• Design and build multi-step customer journeys using Journey Builder.
• Create and manage data workflows using Automation Studio.
• Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud Connect between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with CRM teams to ensure clean, structured, and usable data flows for marketing use cases.
• Create Cloud Pages, landing pages, preference centers, and microsites.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Web Studio, SQL, HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS.
• Hands-on experience in campaign execution, personalization, and Salesforce CRM data usage.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM data model, Sales Cloud, Einstein features, Interaction Studio, and Personalization is preferred.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Developer, or Consultant certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
