Job summary

Iitjobs Inc. in Pune is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer for a full-time hybrid role. You will collaborate with clients to design customer journeys, define data models, and implement SFMC solutions across Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on SFMC development, strong HTML/CSS/AMPScript/JavaScript skills, and experience with data security and Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience designing customer journeys with data models.
• Proficiency with Marketing Cloud studios and builders (Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).
• Understanding data modeling, APIs, and configurations in SFMC.
• Knowledge of AMPScript, HTML and CSS, SSJS and/or JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud, Communities).
• Strong understanding of data security principles.

Responsibilities

• Design customer journeys with clients and define data models.
• Work with stakeholders to implement Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Build and optimize Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio setups.
• Develop a custom preference center and data integrations.
• Model data, work with APIs and configurations.
• Apply SFMC programming languages (AMPScript, HTML/CSS, SSJS/JavaScript, SQL).
• Support Salesforce CRM integrations across Sales, Service Clouds and Communities.
• Ensure data security and proper data handling across platforms.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Ability to work with clients to design customer journeys, and associate data models.
• Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and ideally also Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio
• Understanding how to build a custom preference center
• Conceptual understanding, to be able to establish data models, work with APIs and configurations
• Knowledge of some of the programming languages in SFMC: AMPScript, HTML and CSS, SSJS and/or JavaScript, SQL (andQuery Studio experience) or Guide Template Language
• Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud, Communities)
• Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data security principles
