We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) in India, developing, maintaining, and integrating Salesforce across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

You will implement scalable enhancements, maintain CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and contribute to architecture discussions while collaborating with architects and peers to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) with Platform Developer I certification.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security, and DevOps practices; GitHub/GitHub Actions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and debug Salesforce components following SDLC best practices.
• Collaborate with solution and technical architects to ensure platform stability and scalable enhancements.
• Create technical documentation and manage integrations with third-party apps.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Gearset; oversee release management across Clouds.

What You'll Do

Develop, maintain, and debug Salesforce platform components using Salesforce and SDLC best practices while collaborating with solution and technical architects to maintain platform stability and implement scalable enhancements.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, implement and maintain integrations with third-party applications, and participate in daily stand-ups to ensure transparency and alignment across the Center of Excellence (CoE).

Participate in architecture and design discussions, conduct peer code reviews to drive consistent quality, and troubleshoot bugs and issues while contributing technical insights to support activities.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Gearset, and oversee end-to-end release management processes across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud environments.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) with Platform Developer I certification and proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow.

Detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and security best practices with strong experience in DevOps, SDLC best practices, and GitHub/GitHub Actions (preferred).

Demonstrated expertise with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and development tools including VSCode, Apex Data Loader, Tooling API, Postman, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.

Strong problem-solving skills, growth mindset, and curiosity with excellent collaboration abilities and technical analysis and documentation capabilities.
