We are currently seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable Salesforce requirements. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting solution design, and ensuring that delivered Salesforce functionality meets business expectations.
