NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst (Java & Python) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The role requires 7+ years of experience in business analysis, strong SQL, data visualization, and stakeholder communication skills.

You will translate technical concepts for non-technical teams, elicit requirements, and collaborate on dashboards using Power BI/Tableau. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum relevant experience 7 years.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Technical Skills: SQL, AI tools, Java & RDBMS, Power BI, Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
• Core Competencies: strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking and problem-solving, stakeholder management and negotiation.
• Requirements Elicitation: Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements using interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Process Modeling: Create workflow diagrams, process flows, data models, and system requirements (BRDs/FRS).
• Data & Reporting Analysis: Query databases and build dashboards using SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in Java & RDBMS

• Spreadsheet modeling (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets)
• Requirements and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
