Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Business Data Analyst in Noida, UP, to gather, analyze, and translate operational and financial data into actionable insights. You will build MIS reports, dashboards, and executive presentations, leveraging Excel, Power BI, and Power Query to drive decision making.

You will collaborate with IT leads, project managers, and stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery of KPI tracking, budgets, forecasts, and profitability metrics across projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Data Analysis, Delivery Dashboards or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of IT services and delivery operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Dashboards, VBA preferred).
• Strong analytical and financial reporting capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive reporting.
• Experience with Power BI is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities
