Job summary

COMPLY, the world’s leading aggregator of financial and regulatory data, seeks a Salesforce Administrator to maintain and enhance CRM systems and Service Cloud workflows. You will configure users, reports, and data hygiene, while enabling automation with Flow and Process Builder.

A strong Service Cloud background and Salesforce Certification are highly favored. You will work in a fast-paced environment, applying data governance and security best practices and embracing AI tools to speed up

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM admin role.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred.
• Service Cloud experience required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Flow/Process Builder, and reporting tools.
• Experience with data governance and security practices a plus.
• AI-fluent — comfortable using AI tools to speed up day-to-day work.

Responsibilities
