Job summary

Sb Hr Consultancy Kolkata is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. You will build applications using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce, and you will configure objects, security, and automated processes.

You will collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, support deployments, and ensure code quality through documentation and best practices. Proficiency in Git and CI/CD is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Design Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Create and manage Flows, Process Automation, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Approval Processes.
• Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries, triggers, and Apex classes.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Perform data migration, data cleansing, and integration activities using Data Loader and other tools.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce platform issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Support Salesforce deployments, testing, and release management activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and adhere to development best practices.
