Job summary

Showpad in Pune is seeking a Salesforce Administrator with 2–6 years of hands-on experience to manage and optimize our Salesforce instance and its integrations with Marketo, InsideView, LeanData and Groove.

You will design automated workflows with Process Builder, configure users, profiles and layouts, ensure data quality, and drive Lightning adoption. You will document solutions in Confluence and collaborate on release rollouts with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Advanced Administrator preferred.
• Lightning experience with strong reporting background using Salesforce tools.
• Experience with iPaaS solutions (Workato, Jitterbit, Informatica, Dell Boomi) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, standardize and evaluate workflows using Process Builder.
