Job summary

Orbion Infotech in India seeks a Salesforce Administrator to configure and maintain Salesforce Orgs, build automation with Flow Builder and Process Builder, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

You will manage data integrity, support CPQ/Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud, and document configurations while delivering user training in a hybrid work model across India. Certification sponsorship is available and projects span BFSI, healthcare, and retail sectors.

Qualifications

• Must have Salesforce Administrator Certification and proven experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce Orgs.
• Ability to design and deploy automation workflows using Flow Builder, Process Builder, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Experience with data management tasks including imports/exports, data cleanup, and duplicate management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce Orgs including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Design and deploy automation workflows, process builders, flows, and approval processes to streamline business operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools.
• Manage data integrity through import/export, validation rules, duplicate management, and data cleanup initiatives.
• Support Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud modules based on project needs.
• Document configurations, provide user training, and troubleshoot ticketed issues within SLA timelines.
