About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs for our Sales Executives and Sales Managers. The trainer will play a key role in enhancing product knowledge, improving sales techniques, and ensuring continuous learning across the sales team. The candidate should be highly skilled in creating engaging presentations (PPTs), developing training content, and delivering interactive training sessions. Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver product training on LawTribe to Sales Executives and Sales Managers, Telle Calling team.
• Design and develop training modules, presentations (PPTs), manuals, and learning materials.
• Conduct product knowledge, sales process, objection handling, negotiation, and customer engagement training.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and field training sessions.
• Assess training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
• Coordinate with Sales and HR teams to plan and execute training calendars.
• Keep training content updated with new product features, sales strategies, and market trends.
• Coach and mentor sales employees to improve their communication, presentation, and selling skills.
• Maintain training records, reports, and performance metrics.
• Conduct refresher training sessions and support continuous learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Graduation is mandatory).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Corporate Training.
• Experience in training sales teams is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and presentation design.
• Ability to create engaging training content and presentations.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to conduct both online and offline training sessions.
• Willingness to travel, if required, for branch or field training.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Travel, Hospitality, SaaS, or Service Industry will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies, customer handling, objection management, and soft skills training.
• Ability to analyze training needs and measure learning outcomes.
• Positive attitude, leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to inspire teams.
