Bizdeed Hr Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to develop and deliver impactful training programs for our Sales Executives and Sales Managers on LawTribe. You will enhance product knowledge, refine sales techniques, and ensure ongoing learning across the sales team.

The candidate should be adept at creating engaging presentations, content, and interactive sessions. Strong communication, coaching, and online/offline training delivery are essential, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in training sales teams is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and presentation design.
• Ability to create engaging training content and presentations.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to conduct both online and offline training sessions.
• Willingness to travel, if required, for branch or field training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training on LawTribe to Sales Executives and Sales Managers.
• Design and develop training modules, presentations (PPTs), manuals, and learning materials.
• Conduct product knowledge, sales process, objection handling, negotiation, and customer engagement training.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and field training sessions.
• Assess training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
• Coordinate with Sales and HR teams to plan and execute training calendars.
• Keep training content updated with new product features, sales strategies, and market trends.
• Coach and mentor sales employees to improve communication, presentation, and selling skills.
• Maintain training records, reports, and performance metrics.Conduct refresher training sessions and support continuous learning initiatives.
