Role Description

The Sales Trainer at Hoora will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving sales training programs for on-ground and office-based teams. This full-time, on-site role in Nagpur involves conducting regular training sessions, role-plays, and workshops to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interaction skills. The Sales Trainer will collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps, create training plans, and track performance improvements through measurable outcomes. The role includes developing training materials, standardizing sales processes, and ensuring alignment with Hoora’s brand values and customer service standards. The Sales Trainer will also provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to sales team members to help them achieve their targets and deliver a superior customer experience.

• AI & Tech Savvy: Hands-on familiarity with AI sales coaching platforms, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and generative AI content tools.
• Sales Methodology Knowledge: Deep understanding of core sales competencies like discovery questioning, value building, and objection handling.
• Communication & Coaching: Strong presentation, facilitation, and analytical skills to turn call data into actionable rep feedback.
• Comfort working on-site in Nagpur, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-growing organization.

AI Intervention

• AI-Powered Training Delivery: Design and run onboarding, skill-building, and refresher programs using AI role-play simulators, pitch-practice engines, and microlearning modules.
• Sales Call & Script Analysis: Review recorded sales calls, transcripts, and AI-generated coaching insights to spot gaps in discovery, objection handling, and product positioning
• AI Scenario & Prompt Customization: Configure AI simulation tools (such as customized buyer personas, company vocabulary, and industry-specific objections) to match real market scenarios
• Curriculum & Content Generation: Leverage generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to rapidly build and update training manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and slide decks
• Performance & Impact Tracking: Partner with sales operations and analytics teams to measure how AI training adoption impacts win rates, ramp time, and quota attainment.
• Cooperation with Sales Management: Offload repetitive baseline drilling (like cold calling or basic pitch repetition) to AI agents so frontline managers can focus on deal strategy and 1-on-1 coaching.
