Job summary

Turiyam Consultancy invites applications for a Sales Trainer role focusing on the Insurance Sales Process in Mumbai. You will design training modules, deliver sessions to outbound sales teams, and assess performance to improve conversion rates.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a 24x7 rotatable shift environment. Prior BPO/process training exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales training.

Responsibilities
