Job summary

Globiva is hiring an Insurance Sales Executive (Telecaller) in Gurugram. The role involves explaining insurance products, assessing customer needs and generating sales through outbound calls.

Freshers and experienced candidates with strong English communication are invited to apply. Working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, day shift, Monday to Saturday with Sundays off and a competitive monthly salary of 25K–28K CTC plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 12th pass minimum; graduates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain insurance products to customers clearly.

Job Responsibilities

• Explain insurance products and policies to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Connect with customers through outbound calls and generate sales.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into successful sales.
• Explain policy benefits, premiums, coverage, and terms & conditions to customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call updates in the CRM/system.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

Eligibility
