Job summary

T&N Business Services is seeking a Sales Team Leader to drive sales for Meesho in the India-Gujarat region. You will lead a sales team, set daily/ monthly targets, recruit and train new staff, and collaborate with channel partners and retailers to expand merchant network.

The role requires willingness to travel daily, strong regional market knowledge, and proficiency in the local language. Owning a 2-wheeler is mandatory for field visits and timely execution of plans.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in local language communication and field sales.
• Experience in channel partner or merchant acquisition is beneficial.
• Leadership experience in sales teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets and drive merchant/channel partner acquisition with daily/monthly goals.
• Interact with retailers and channel partners and ensure KYC/due diligence.
• Recruit and train new sales staff and monitor team performance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achievement of targets, acquisition of merchants/channel partners with daily / monthly targets.
• Interaction with Retailers & Channel Partners; Adhere to KYC process.
• Recruiting and training new sales staff and monitoring the team's sales performance.
• Responsible for evaluating Sales team performances, assigning tasks and providing support to team members if they have any concern.
• Maintaining inventory, filling out paperwork after assigning the inventory to team members
• Share daily day end reports with ASM.

• Must own a 2-wheeler vehicle
