Job summary

CPT Markets in Surat, Gujarat, is seeking a diligent administrator to support the Sales team with day-to-day operations, lead follow-ups, and client onboarding.

You will maintain CRM data, coordinate with Operations and Compliance, prepare sales reports, monitor lead progression, and ensure all communications comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
• Manage and follow up with prospective clients and leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Support the client onboarding process and assist clients with documentation and account-related queries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and lead information within the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Operations, Customer Support, Compliance, and other relevant teams, to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and other relevant data for the Sales Manager.
• Assist in monitoring lead allocation, follow-up activities, and conversion progress.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify and escalate any client issues or operational concerns to the appropriate teams.
• Support the Sales team in achieving departmental and business objectives.
• Ensure all client interactions and activities are conducted in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
