Job summary

TAR EcoInfra Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sales & Supply Operations Executive (Female) to coordinate orders, procurement, transport and deliveries from Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh. The role combines order management, logistics oversight and commercial documentation to ensure smooth project handovers and timely customer deliveries.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant bachelor’s degree and 1–5 years of hands-on experience in logistics or dispatch, with strong Excel skills and GST invoicing acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Logistics or similar discipline is required.
• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in order management, sales coordination, dispatch or logistics.
• Solid understanding of GST invoicing, e-way bills, freight rates and commercial documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order coordination from purchase requirement through dispatch, delivery and acknowledgment.
• Capture and validate product grades, quantities, destination, delivery timelines and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with sourcing and suppliers to confirm availability and readiness for dispatch.
• Arrange transport and monitor tanker/vehicle placement, loading, movement and POD.
• Maintain sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills and supporting documentation.
• Track dispatch schedules, freight costs, exceptions, pending deliveries and customer service issues.
• Support delivery reconciliation, quantity or quality issue escalation and collections follow-ups with sales and finance.
• Prepare daily MIS dashboards for sales orders, dispatches, timelines and open operational issues.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to coordinate sales orders, product availability, procurement, transport and customer deliveries. Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar discipline.
• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in order management, sales coordination, dispatch or logistics.
• Preferred industry exposure: bitumen, petroleum, chemicals, construction materials or industrial distribution.
• Solid practical understanding of GST invoicing, e-way bills, freight rates and commercial documents.
• Strong Excel skills, negotiation skills, coordination ability and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Highly methodical and organized with strong documentation rigor.
• Quick problem solver capable of resolving on-road transporter delays and site coordination challenges.
• Effective verbal and written communicator across plant managers, drivers, sales executives, and finance.
• Based in or commutable to Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh.
