Job description

Position: Sr. Executive / Executive SUPPLY CHAIN & LOGISTICS

Location: Mahim

Experience Required: 5 years + in similar role

Qualification: Any Graduate, Post Graduate in materials / supply chain management would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Demand Planning:

• Hands on with MRP process run, PR to PO / Scheduling line and PR to STO/Scheduling line.
• Co-ordination with production / OEMs for availability of timely stock. Making necessary changes in requirements / Indents post confirmation from branches and Placing requirements to respective MWH and Supply Plants Max by 5th of every month.
• Managing inventory based on stock & dispatches throughout the month.
• Co-ordination with Purchase / Vendor for availability of bought out items for timely supply of PO/Orders up to 80% Traded FG Goods to be dispatch by 25th of the month
• Co-ordination with Branches for movement of slow moving inventory liquidation Plan
• Manage & improvise stock coverage for all branches.

2. Logistics:

• Freight optimization both for Inward & Outward.
• Finalization of transport contract for Primary & Secondary transportation.
• To streamline dispatches as per Marketing Requirement, to ensure timely availability of goods in the market.
• Get involved in process of improving delivery TATs of all logistic partners.
• Active participation in freight cost reduction process.

PERSON PROFILE :

• Have strong vendor negotiation and vendor management skills
• Very well conversant with SAP & MS-Excel, with good presentation skills.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with reporting & decision making skills.
• Independent, self-motivated person.
• Should be able to prioritize and handle complex and often pressurized situations with balance.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required
