Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle the complete order lifecycle in SAP (entry, tracking, status updates).
• Coordinate dispatch with logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Process GRNs and verify goods in SAP with warehouse.
• Generate and issue invoices as per procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries on orders, deliveries and invoices.
• Maintain records of orders, GRNs, invoices and dispatch schedules.
• Prepare reports on order status, dispatch timelines and feedback.
• Address and resolve issues related to orders, GRNs, invoicing or delays.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales supervisor to support our sales operations and ensure efficient order processing and delivery management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP, order management, dispatch scheduling, and invoice processing. This role requires strong coordination with the sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely deliveries.

Role & responsibilities:

• Order Management: Handle the complete order lifecycle in SAP, including order entry, tracking, status updates, and ensuring accuracy of all data.
• Dispatch Coordination: Work with logistics to schedule dispatches and ensure on-time deliveries.
• GRN Handling: Process Goods Receipt Notes accurately and coordinate with the warehouse to verify received goods in SAP.
• Invoice Management: Generate and issue accurate invoices as per company procedures.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries on order status, deliveries, and invoices; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Documentation: Maintain updated records of orders, GRNs, invoices, and dispatch schedules.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing reports on order status, dispatch timelines, invoice tracking, and customer feedback.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to orders, GRNs, invoicing, or dispatch delays.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience, with a bachelors degree in related field.
• Proficiency in SAP (order processing, GRN, invoicing, reporting).
• Strong understanding of sales coordination and order management.
• Experience in order processing and logistics coordination.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
