• Documentation & Record Keeping: maintain organized sales records and coordinate with finance for data.
• Coordination & Communication: manage urgent communications in the absence of sales team; schedule meetings and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Coordination & Support
  • Act as a bridge between the sales team, customers, and internal departments
  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day operational activities

  • Ensure timely order execution and coordination with dispatch/logistics teams
