The Opportunity

We are looking for proven closers who live and breathe sales and want to earn directly proportional to their performance. This is a 100% commission-based role — the harder and smarter you work, the more you make. Top performers routinely cross ₹1–3 lacs per month (and much higher during cohort launches).

What You’ll Be Selling

Live online masterclasses & multi-day workshops
High-ticket cohort-based programs
Bundles and upsells during webinars & launch campaigns

Key Responsibilities

Actively generate and close your own leads (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp communities, college groups, referrals, etc.)
Run 1-on-1 sales calls / DM conversations and close enrollments
Host or co-host free webinars/value sessions to fill up paid masterclasses
Follow up aggressively with warm leads provided by the company (we run ads & organic content)
Hit or exceed monthly revenue targets to unlock higher commission slabs and bonuses
Build and nurture your own student/community network for repeat sales and referrals

Who Thrives in This Role

2+ years of proven direct sales experience (preferably in education, coaching, masterclasses, events, or high-ticket services)
Documented track record of closing ₹5–10 lacs+ revenue per month individually
Comfortable and confident on sales calls, DMs, and live webinars
Self-driven, hungry, and disciplined — you treat this like your own business
Deep understanding of the student/young professional audience in India (Tier 1, 2 & 3 cities)
Existing network in colleges or young professional communities is a big plus
