Job summary

ZEISS India is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate – Consumables to drive IOL and ophthalmic consumables sales across the assigned territory. The role focuses on expanding market presence and building strong relationships with ophthalmologists, cataract surgeons, eye hospitals and clinics.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of ophthalmology sales experience with exposure to IOLs and a solid understanding of the cataract surgery market.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in ophthalmology sales, preferably with direct IOL sales exposure.
• Strong knowledge of IOL products and cataract surgery market.
• Experience handling hospitals, eye clinics, ophthalmologists and channel partners.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing territories.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
