Job summary

ZEISS India is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate – Consumables to grow IOL and ophthalmic consumables sales across the Odisha territory. You will build strong relationships with ophthalmologists, eye hospitals and clinics to expand market presence.

The role requires 3–6 years in ophthalmology sales, deep knowledge of IOL products, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Travel within the territory is expected as part of growth and dealer management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3–6 years of ophthalmology sales experience, preferably with direct IOL exposure.
• Strong knowledge of IOL products and the cataract surgery market.
• Experience handling hospitals, eye clinics, ophthalmologists and channel partners.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing territories.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

About the Role
