Job summary

ZEISS India is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate – Consumables to accelerate IOL and ophthalmic consumables sales across the assigned territory. You will build relationships with ophthalmologists, cataract surgeons, eye hospitals and clinics, identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3–6 years of ophthalmology sales experience with direct IOL exposure.
• Strong knowledge of IOL products and the cataract surgery market.
• Experience handling hospitals, eye clinics, ophthalmologists and channel partners.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing territories.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

About the Role

ZEISS Medical Technology is looking for a results-driven Sales Associate – Consumables to drive sales growth and expand market presence across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience selling Intraocular Lenses (IOLs) and a strong understanding of the ophthalmology market.

Key Responsibilities
