Job summary

Hexxa Geo Systems Integrators in Gujarat seeks a proactive Sales professional to drive AMC/CAMC opportunities for ELV systems including CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control and PA systems. You will lead client engagements, prepare proposals, and manage tenders with a focus on long-term relationships.

You’ll conduct site surveys, present tailored service solutions, and maintain a robust sales pipeline through leads, enquiries and regular updates to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in AMC Sales or service sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of building long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, email, quotation preparation and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Generate and develop new business opportunities for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC/CAMC) for ELV systems, including CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Public Address (PA) Systems, Networking, and related security & surveillance solutions.
• Identify potential customers and generate sales leads through direct visits, references, networking, market research, and business development activities.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, facility managers, builders, corporate organizations, industries, institutions, and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their requirements and promote appropriate AMC/Service Solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and technical discussions to assess existing ELV systems, and customer expectations.
• Prepare and submit AMC/CAMC proposals, quotations,
• Prepare and submit tender documents, technical/commercial offers, compliance documents, etc
• Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, AMC renewals, tenders, and sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates to management.
