Job summary

Agility Human Resource Management Services is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to support our Sales team across the complete pre-sales lifecycle for ELV and System Integration projects from technical solution design to bid submission and PO closure.

The role involves designing technical solutions for CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA/GA, Networking and ELV Systems, and preparing BOQ/BOM, cost estimates, and proposals in alignment with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Tender Management, Bid Management or Proposal Engineering.
• Graduate/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication, Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and design technical solutions for CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA/GA, Networking and ELV Systems.
• Prepare BOQ, BOM, cost estimation, quotations and technical proposals as per client requirements.
• Read, analyze and interpret RFP, RFQ, tender documents and technical specifications.
• Prepare complete technical and commercial bid documentation.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors and internal teams for technical and commercial information.
• Manage end-to-end tendering activities on GeM, CPPP and other e-tendering portals.
• Assist the Sales team in client presentations, demonstrations and pre-bid meetings.
• Interact with customers throughout the pre-sales cycle until receipt of the Purchase Order.
• Maintain tender trackers, proposal records and ensure timely bid submission.
• Support Sales, Procurement and Project teams during project handover.
