Job summary

Kokuyo Camlin Ltd is hiring for a field sales role in Pune District, India. The position focuses on visiting retail outlets, taking retailer orders, and supporting traditional trade to drive distribution across product categories.

You will coordinate with distributors to ensure on-time order placement, maintain stock availability, monitor competitors, and participate in promotions while expanding the retailer network. Strong relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Visiting retail outlets daily as per beat plan
• Collecting orders from retailers in the allocated region
• Supporting traditional Trade Sales across categories and markets to boost sales and distribution
• Execute daily distributor-level operations for servicing outlets and direct dealers
• Ensuring orders are placed and executed by distributors on time
• Ensuring product availability by highlighting stock requirements to distributors/Area managers
• Monitoring competitor activity and reporting to area manager
• Participating in company promotional activities
• Carrying out new retailer expansion plans as per guidelines
• Maintaining excellent relations with retailers, distributors, stockists etc

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Visiting the retails outlets on daily basis as per the beat plan
• To collect orders from the retailers in the allocated region
• To support the traditional Trade Sales for the company across various categories and markets with increased sales and distributions
• To execute daily operations at the distributor level for servicing of outlets and direct dealers
• Ensuring orders are placed and executed by the distributors on time
• Ensuring availability of the products in a geography by highlighting stock requirements to distributor / Area mangers on time
• Monitor competitor activity in the market w.r.t new product, trade schemes etc. report the same to area manager (standard report)
• Participate in promotional activity of the company
• Carry out new Retailer expansion plans as per guidelines
• Maintaining excellent relation with retailers, distributors, stockiest etc
