Job summary

Club Mahindra Resorts, part of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, is hiring a Relationship Manager for its Karnataka resorts, including Virajpet, Madikeri, and Mysore. The role requires graduation and at least two years in hotel sales, banquet sales, guest relations or hospitality sales.

You will drive membership sales, manage on-site client interactions, prepare proposals, and maintain high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Min Graduation in any field.
• 2+ years in hotel sales, banquet sales, guest relations or hospitality sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve stretched targets at onsite venue (Club Mahindra Resorts).
• Maintain strong member interactions and engage members with new approaches.
• Prepare pre-sales proposals for prospective clients and memberships upgrades.
• Resolve member/customer conflicts and maintain high customer service levels.
• Identify new business opportunities within and outside the resort.

Eligibility:

Min Graduation required in any field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in -

• Hotel Sales
• Banquet Sales
• Guest Relations
• Hospitality Sales

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve stretched targets in a result-focused environment at Onsite Venue. (Club Mahindra Resorts)
• Have constant member interactions and come out with new ways to engage members.
• Make powerful sales presentations resulting in high conversion ratio – for membership up gradations, references and new sales
• Resolve member/ customer conflicts wherever applicable.
• Maintain strong client relationship and high level of customer service.
• Prepare pre-sales proposals for prospective clients.
• Identify potential customers and new business opportunities within and outside the resort.
• Keep abreast with the organization's products and services.
• Maintain Consistent Average Productivity.
