Blue Star Limited is seeking a Sales Professional-Branch MT in Hyderabad. The role focuses on driving SELL IN targets, visiting MT stores regularly, and maintaining store hygiene and stock planning.

Responsabilités

• Drive SELL IN targets branch-wise and by category.
• MT Store visits (6-7 counters per day) and POSM hygiene at shop floor.
• Weekly review of MT AM: counter shares, SSR hygiene, defectives, display with BM.
• Monitor daily activity of MT Area Manager: PJP and IT tools.
• Develop professional relationships with MT Store key persons (ADM/SM).
• Engage with Cluster Managers and Regional Heads.
• Coordinate PO execution with central billing team and partner warehouse.
• Handle escalations regarding service, stock and defectives and store-level escalation.
• Liaise with regional commercial/logistics/TM and service counterparts.
• Formulate bottom-up stock planning SOP with KAM coordination.
• Benchmark competitors: MOP, marketing and product strategy, finance offering.

• Monitoring daily activity of MT Area Manager : PJP/IT tools/
• Developing professional relationships with Key persons at MT Store - ADM/SM
• Developing professional relationships with Cluster Managers and Regional Heads
• PO Execution: Coordination with central billing team and partner warehouse
• Handling escalations regarding service, stock and defectives and Store level escalation
• Liasoning with regional commercial / logistic / TM and service counter parts
• Ensuring POSM Hygiene and BTL deployments at shop floor
• Formulation bottom up stock planning SOP and closely coordinating with KAM
• Competition benchmarking : MOP , Marketing and product strategy, finance offering.
