Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Sales Operations Senior Analyst in Gurgaon, India, to manage training demand planning, facilitator readiness, session scheduling and LMS governance for an assigned region. You will ensure delivery quality, session utilization and stakeholder satisfaction with data-driven insights and AI-enabled solutions.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and professionalism in English.

• Ensure LMS data accuracy and SLA compliance.
• Manage day-to-day learning operations and issue resolution.
• Serve as SME or point of contact for assigned activities.
