• More than 5 years of experience in Sales, with a minimum of 3 years in Sales Training
• Training Content Development: design and maintain sales operations training content
• Onboarding Training: conduct New Hire training sessions
• Delivery of Training: classroom, role-plays, simulations, e-learning
• Performance Evaluation: assess trainee progress and quizzes
• Coaching and Mentorship: provide ongoing post-training support
• Data Analysis and Reporting: analyze training impact and metrics
• Collaboration with Sales Management to align training with strategy
• Experience in sales domains: operations, enablement, compensation, seller support
• This is an office role and may require rotational shifts

• Sales Enablement Trainer: The Sales Enablement trainer empowers Sales Teams by providing structured training, content and coaching to enable team members to improve performance & drive growth.
• Talent Development process
• Ability to design engaging training materials and adapt training delivery based on audience needs
• Creating sales training content, proficient in usage of any instructional design tools such as Articulate, Canva, SCORM
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and best practices
• Supporting new transitions, Building Process maps and DTPs, Root Cause Analysis and coaching team members

Roles and Responsibilities

• More than 5 years of experience in Sales, with a minimum of 3 years in Sales Training
• Training Content Development: Design, develop and maintain comprehensive sales operations training content across platforms and mediums covering topics like sales process, lead generation management, CRM system navigation, product knowledge, industry proficiency, stakeholder management, objection handling, closing techniques, and compliance guidelines.
• Onboarding Training: Conduct engaging New Hire training sessions to familiarize new sales representatives with company culture, sales processes, CRM tools, and product offerings.
• Delivery of Training: Deliver training sessions using various methods including classroom lectures, role-playing exercises, simulations, and e-learning modules.
• Performance Evaluation: Monitor trainee performance during training sessions on the role, assess their progress through quizzes and practical assessments, and identify areas for improvement.
• Coaching and Mentorship: Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives post-training to ensure they effectively apply learned skills in real-world scenarios.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify training needs, track the effectiveness of training programs, and report key metrics to sales leadership.
• Collaboration with Sales Management: Collaborate with sales managers to identify specific training needs, align training objectives with overall sales strategy, and address performance gaps.
• Experience in a minimum of one or more areas of sales domain : Sales Operations, Sales Enablemenyt, Sales compensation, Sales Seller Support
• This is work from office role and must be open for working in a 247 environment
