Job summary

Accenture in Bengaluru seeks a Learning Operations Specialist with 7–11 years of experience in Talent Development and Training Environment Strategy. You will work under senior direction to analyze and solve moderately complex problems, adapt existing methods, and participate in cross-functional interactions with supervision.

What would you do?

• Develop the approach to create and maintain a training environment that will be used to support system training; including the how the environment will be used (number of users, location, etc.

• Individual would manage small teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
