Job summary

Responsive Industries Ltd. in Mumbai seeks an Operations Support professional to coordinate quotations and customer communications.

You will liaise with customers and internal teams to prepare proposals, follow up for orders, and ensure timely dispatch information is shared with clients. Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in operations support or sales coordination.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Tally.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to prepare and send quotations, and maintain records.
• Follow up on submitted quotations, offer discounts as appropriate, and secure purchase orders.
• Track dispatch progress and share dispatch details with customers.
• Send daily, weekly and monthly sales summaries to the concerned person.
• Engage with dealers and distributors to maintain relationships.
• Send product specifications to clients as required.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Take follow up regarding submitted quotation, give us best possible discount an asked to customer for purchase order.
• Take follow up for dispatch, share dispatch details to customer.

Job Requirements :

• 3 to 4 years experience in operations support profile
• Fluent in English communication
• Basic Idea about Excel and Tally
