Job summary

CIEL Off-Role is hiring Sales Officer Trainees to build a career in field sales, dealer management, and business development. Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Travel within the assigned region is required for this role.

Location will be assigned based on the region hired, and a two-wheeler with a valid license is mandatory. Male candidates only are considered for this position.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream with minimum 70% across academics.
• No backlogs and male candidate.
• Two-wheeler license and riding skills mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle field sales activities in the assigned region.
• Drive secondary sales through dealers and distributors.
• Build and maintain dealer/distributor relationships.
• Conduct market visits and identify sales opportunities.
• Support channel partners in achieving sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure product visibility and market coverage.
• Generate new business and contribute to sales growth.

JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring Sales Officer Trainees for a reputed global water technology and water heating brand. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience to build a career in field sales, dealer management, and business development.

ELIGIBILITY

• Any Graduation BBA / B.Com / BCA
• Minimum 70% throughout academics
• No backlogs
• Male candidates only
• Experience: 01 Year
• Two-wheeler riding skills mandatory
• Valid Driving License mandatory

COMPENSATION

• CTC: 6,00,000 LPA
• No Variable Pay
